Welcome to my wiki!

Where did the sections go?

I used to have a listing of all the things that I was working with that I had "notes" on here.

Instead what I've done is updated the menu bar across the top, and added a search box for your convenience. You may also want to check out what has been recently updated in the wiki (or you can look slightly to the right).

What is the point of this?

I'm not sure. The main thing is that it seems to get well indexed by google (external link) who is my #1 referrer. Searching seems to be a commodity right now, it's content that's king. So when I have a moment it's nice to document it. I find TikiWiki's (external link) markup easy to deal with.

A good deal of the reason why this site exists however is so that I can see what happens with Google Analytics. I have posted some of my results here, and a diary of what I've done related to SEO in the hopes that it will be relevant to other people.

I also use this to track and see what people are interested in. To that end I've setup Google Analytics and Adsense to see what I can find out there in the market. Hey, you can't fault a guy for trying with a free service. :-)

As of 1/1/2012 I've served more than 85,000 pages and more than 200 domains that have referred traffic. Sadly this means that my site is frequently targeted by people who want page links, so I have to try and protect it. For this reason editing has (largely) been disabled.

But I want to complain!

If there are any questions, you can post them in the comments or in the forums. I usually like feedback!
